Government Funded Courses for the permanently employed!

Traineeships are for existing workers to receive government funded courses. We can provide up to $4000 per employee for any of our listed 100% online Certificates and Diplomas. Easy to access and start immediately. Traineeships offer Certificates and Diploma level qualifications which are fully funded by the Australian Government and are exclusively available to existing workers. By undertaking a qualification under the Existing Worker Traineeships, persons are able to approach the course in a self-paced format and without the hassle of having to go to any classes.

Existing worker traineeships are a fantastic opportunity to up skill yourself and/or your employees.
Neither employers or workers are required to make any financial contributions towards the cost of training, plus existing worker traineeships provide a larger selection of industry specific qualifications to choose from compared with other funded programs.

Businesses are eligible for up to $4000 in Employer Incentive payments per eligible employee and there is no limit to the number of eligible employees entitled to this opportunity.

For each employee who commences a traineeship, employers will receive up to $4,000 to cover the cost of training which equals government funded courses!

Eligibility

To be eligible for a position, applicants must be:

  • An Australian Permanent Resident
  • Over the age of 15
  • An existing worker
  • Must not hold an Australian Diploma or Higher Qualification

To clarify the term ‘Existing Worker” this is a worker permanently employed either full time for longer than 3 months or part time longer than 12 months.
